About Us

Nuparc traces its roots back to 1975, when we established a commercial personnel and recruitment company.

Initially focused mainly on overseas markets, we rapidly built a strong reputation in Africa, South East Asia and the Middle East.

A move into the healthcare sector saw us win a contract to manage and operate the Ibn al Bitar hospital in Baghdad. This was followed by further contracts to plan, commission, staff and manage hospitals in Botswana, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and Malaysia. We are currently working with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland on a major hospital project in Bahrain.

On the recruitment side of the business, Nuparc currently has offices in Dublin, London, Glasgow and southeast England. We specialise in a range of sectors including healthcare, engineering, oil & gas, construction, hospitality, sales & marketing, accountancy and financial services.

Our Solutions division offers our clients and innovative range of consultancy services designed to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their recruitment processes. Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) offering in particular has delivered dramatic cost savings to a number of our larger clients.
